1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the Vene Advisers website and/or requesting any of our services, you ("the Client" or "the User") freely, expressly, and knowingly accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the points described herein, we ask that you refrain from using our services.
2. Nature of the Service
Vene Advisers LLC is a management and advisory firm dedicated to providing consulting and administrative processing services to the Latin community residing in the United States, with the goal of facilitating their adaptation and development within the U.S. system. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Tax preparation
- ITIN application (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)
- Credit repair
- Notary services
- Business registration
- General guidance on bureaucratic and administrative procedures
Vene Advisers is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal representation services. Consequently:
- No attorney-client relationship exists between Vene Advisers and its users.
- The figure of attorney-client privilege does not apply to any communication, document, or information shared through our services.
- The information and guidance provided is administrative and advisory in nature, does not constitute formal legal advice, and does not replace consultation with a licensed attorney when the Client's case so requires.
- Vene Advisers may recommend that the Client seek independent legal advice when deemed appropriate.
3. Data Collected and Purpose of Use
By registering on the website and completing a service request, the User acknowledges and grants their express consent for Vene Advisers to collect and use the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Any additional data or documents voluntarily provided by the Client for the management of the requested procedure (e.g., identification documents, receipts, tax information, etc.)
This data will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Client identification and contact.
- Processing and management of the request submitted through the form.
- Carrying out the bureaucratic and administrative procedures corresponding to the requested service (tax, ITIN, notary, business registration, credit, etc.).
- Communication of updates, additional requirements, or results related to the procedure.
4. Authorization for Procedure Management
By completing and submitting the request form through the website, the User expressly authorizes Vene Advisers to:
- Act on their behalf in the administrative and bureaucratic procedures corresponding to the contracted service.
- Submit, process, and follow up on the necessary documentation before the corresponding entities (government agencies, tax authorities, registry offices, among others), as applicable to the requested service.
- Contact the Client by phone or email for purposes related to the ongoing procedure.
This authorization is strictly limited to the specific service or procedure requested by the Client and does not constitute a general power of attorney or permanent legal representation.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Vene Advisers commits to:
- Using the information provided solely for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.
- Not selling or sharing the Client's personal data with third parties unrelated to the procedure, unless strictly necessary to complete the requested service (e.g., relevant government entities) or required by law.
- Adopting reasonable measures to safeguard the information provided by the Client.
However, it is reiterated that this confidentiality does not equal nor substitute the formal legal protection existing in an attorney-client relationship, given that Vene Advisers operates as a management firm and not as a law firm.
6. Client Responsibility
The Client declares that:
- The information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date.
- They are responsible for providing the necessary documentation in a timely manner for the correct management of the procedure.
- They understand that response times for procedures before government entities or third parties do not depend exclusively on Vene Advisers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vene Advisers will act with due diligence in managing the requested procedures; however, it does not guarantee specific results, as these may depend on external factors, criteria of government entities, or regulatory changes beyond our control.
